Get Rufus

After that. Plug in usb drive you want. Run rufus.

Under Device select the usb drive that you want to make bootable.

Browse to E:\Win10ISO\en_windows_10_enterprise_ltsc_2019_x64_dvd_74865958.iso

After you select the iso. The partition schemes should change and the target system should change. You can leave it as is.

Then Click Start.
